which i end up having to bill my clients for. My experience with MS support over the phone is 2 hours of waiting/explaining ending in an "i don't know". I have a similar problem that i would love an answer for.

My user confirmed that even after restarting outlook she could edit the calendar of the CEO. I waited roughly 10 minutes then switched it back to just "can edit" access in the office 365 portal. I was able to resolve this issue myself by temporarily sharing the calendar out from the CEO's account to the office assistant as a delegate.
